— About

I am an  IRONMAN U Certified Coach, architect and an educator. Before used to be an office worker. Because loves triathlon,  squeeze 30 minutes to train in the morning before work and 45 minutes before dinner in the evening. At the same time, make free time to study triathlon coaching knowledge, gradually changing my habits in spare time. I willing to share what I’ve learned and my value experience with you, so that you can quickly enter the world of triathlon.

In the eyes of my friends, I’m a avid veteran triathlete and coach, but my passionate about helping people improve and succeed as well as intrinsically motivated to grow and connect let them feel warm. After practicing regularly a year, not only had a huge change in myself, but also helped many friends who wanted to do triathlons to successfully complete the race and fulfill their dreams in swimming/cycling/running. Most importantly I also helped many friends to move to a higher level on the triathlon path.

我是IRONMAN官方認證的教練/建築師/也是教育工作者,曾經是上班族,因熱愛喜愛三鐵運動,利用平日早上起床工作前30分鐘做訓練,利用傍晚吃晚飯前45分鐘做訓練,在空閒時間進修三鐵運動教練知識,從零散時間逐步獲得習慣改變,我會將所學與經驗分享給你,讓你不走冤枉路地快速進入三鐵運動的世界,並取得好成績。

從朋友眼中,我是運動老將,靠著多年三項鐵人實戰經驗及專業證照教學經驗,規律地健康地做喜愛的三項運動,認識幾年後看到我的變化且在賽場屢獲佳績,建議利用專業知識,幫助更多想玩鐵人三項的朋友成功,幫助其他人完成游泳/單車/跑步夢想,更幫助有經驗的運動員在鐵人路上更上層樓。

I've loved having coach access with TrainingPeaks with Max. Fantastic training plan from Max to lead my first full-distance Ironman finish at Taiwan in 2023. I utilized the Intermediate Ironman plan which perfectly blended increasing my fitness while allowing me to still prioritize time with family and career. If you’re a beginner, we recommend that you can already manage 30 minutes of non-stop cycling or 15 minutes of jogging. To train for a triathlon, we recommend you can already swim 800 yards or meters (with rests) in the pool.
